WORKSHOPS
I believe that the root of the environmental, food, and health crises we face today stems from our total disconnection from the earth. These workshops are a way to reconnect with our Mother Earth and her guardians - the plants. We have so much to remember from them! Highly recommended for those interested in plants, herbalism, holistic health, and conscious eating... Plus, Claire is the best guide to the wonderful botanical world!

Thank you so much for that beautiful walk through the forest, the visit to the garden, touching the earth! Of course the information about soil health is overwhelming and powerful! And in fact, very little is known about all this. I really wish there were more dissemination. I will definitely never see the earth the same way again. It was an incredible workshop! Dear Claire, thank you! I just finished a class that has taken me back home. You have brought me back to the plants I played and grew up with, plants, that in one way or another, have been talking to me for years, without me understanding my fascination with them, and without having any idea of their properties or uses. As a child I played at taking the nerves out of the plantain leaves, at picking the little hairs out of the rose hips, I collected mallow and sucked on red clover flowers (they are sweet), and what can I say about the nettles... Asturias is full of them, to my misfortune, since I was always wearing shorts!!
